'Immerse & Ignite' will take participants on a community adventure at Little India. Participants will be introduced to asset-based community development in its active form, tapping on skills and assets in the community. Each participant will be brought on a journey that is driven by conversation and the discovery of magic moments within the community. From the smell of fresh flowers to the sounds of comfort, participants will be allowed to immerse thoroughly; hearing and experiencing first hand the power of music, poetry, and theatre as tools of empowerment and agency in the 'migrant worker' community. Air Amber will be serving up fresh kopi and sharing its innovations at the Social Impact Marketplace as part of the 7th Asia-Pacific Regional Conference on Service-Learning.

About The Conference
In the face of increasing societal and environmental challenges, the need to influence and empower our youths to actively develop and act on their sense of social responsibility is ever pressing. In both academic and co-curricular applications, Service-Learning plays a critical role in tertiary institutions in educating and engaging our youths to develop the knowledge and skills (Head), attitudes and dispositions (Heart) to make life choices that are socially responsible (Habit), in their journey of growth to become leaders in society.

The 7th Asia-Pacific Regional Conference on Service-Learning presents three complementary broad Conference Tracks for the sharing of best practices in promoting Service-Learning for a lifelong journey of social responsibility.
