We drive change initiatives by guiding teams with our FAST framework, while offering end-to-end project support, including event management, multimedia production services, and more.

Learning & Development
We partnered with a leading Singaporean telecommunications conglomerate to drive cultural transformation through action-focused training. By engaging staff across all levels through highly engaging experiential workshops, we translated culture markers into observable behaviours by embedding the organisation’s values into daily practice.

Facilitation & Stakeholder Engagement
As Programme Consultant and Lead Facilitator, we supported the Ministry of Education (MOE) in engaging over 300 educators and parents across six sessions. Through facilitated dialogues, participants identified shared values, strengthened collaboration, and committed to actions, shaping refreshed guidelines for School-Home Partnerships and fostering greater trust between families, schools, and the wider community.

Project Management & Implementation
We supported PAP Seniors Group and PAP Community Foundation in conceptualising, operationalising, and digitising Live A Legacy — an intergenerational storytelling project pairing seniors and youth to co-author stories of Singapore’s past, present, and future. Featuring national icons and everyday Singaporeans, the initiative fosters cross-generational understanding and celebrates the legacies shaping our shared future.

Social Impact Training & Consulting
Commissioned by the Ministry of Culture, Community & Youth (MCCY) and together with Brain Juice Collective, we trained and mentored community leaders to map stakeholders, design targeted surveys, audit social media trends, and develop research-driven engagement strategies. These efforts contributed to the planning of Somerset Dialogues as part of MCCY’s mission to rejuvenate the Somerset Belt into a vibrant youth-centric precinct under the SG Youth Action Plan.

Learning & Development
We partnered with The Whitehatters to design and deliver a 3-session training programme equipping diverse participants with facilitation skills to navigate difficult conversations themed around Race, Religion, and Integration (RRI). Through experiential activities and customised resources, participants built confidence to navigate sensitive conversations. Ultimately, the goal is to strengthen social cohesion through empathetic, authentic, and inclusive discourse.

Project Management & Implementation
As the Project Coordinator, we supported Casa Raudha’s symposium to address child abuse and domestic violence. We worked closely with the team to manage the event, including pre- and post-engagement activities from stakeholder activation to programme development and feedback analysis. The symposium rallied participants comprising social service professionals, educators, and community leaders to build safer environments and communities for every child.
